Overview

Site Command Systems LLC provides operations software for construction and related business workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when users access Site Command.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information, company information, user profile details, project and job data, uploaded files, accounting integration metadata, system logs, and usage information needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Site Command.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the Site Command service, manage authentication and authorization, support company-specific workflows, operate integrations, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Integrations

Site Command may connect to third-party services such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, and QuickBooks Online when an authorized company administrator enables an integration. Integration data is used only to provide the requested company workflow, such as job folder creation, template copying, lifecycle folder moves, file links, accounting, and reporting.

Google Drive Data

When a company administrator connects Google Drive, Site Command may request access to the connected account's Drive files, folders, Shared Drives, folder metadata, file metadata, and basic account information needed to identify the connected account. Site Command uses this access to browse company-selected folders, validate folder access, create and rename job folders, copy approved job template folder contents, move job folders between configured lifecycle locations, and create sharing links only when the company has enabled that setting.

Site Command stores encrypted OAuth tokens and selected folder identifiers so the authorized workflow can continue without asking the administrator to reconnect for each job. Site Command does not sell Google user data, use Google Drive data for advertising, or use Google Drive data to train generalized artificial intelligence models. Google Drive data is shared only with service providers needed to operate Site Command, with third-party services the customer authorizes, when required by law, or to protect the rights, security, and integrity of Site Command and its users.

Site Command's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Site Command, with third-party services authorized by the customer, when required by law, or to protect the rights, security, and integrity of Site Command and its users.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and customers should use strong passwords, restrict user access appropriately, and promptly revoke access for users who no longer need it.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Site Command, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups and audit records.
