Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Site Command, a business operations platform provided by Site Command Systems LLC. By accessing Site Command, users agree to use the service only as authorized by their company and in accordance with these terms.

Authorized Use

Site Command is intended for legitimate company operations, including estimating, project management, production, accounting, reporting, and related workflows. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity under their accounts.

Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of their company data. Site Command may process customer data to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service, and to operate integrations enabled by authorized users.

Integrations

Customers may choose to connect third-party services such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, and QuickBooks Online. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect those accounts and for complying with the third-party service terms that apply to those integrations.

When a customer connects a file storage provider, Site Command may create, copy, rename, move, link, or share folders and files only as needed to perform the storage workflows enabled by that customer. The customer remains responsible for choosing the correct storage account, folder locations, user permissions, and sharing settings.

Restrictions

Users may not misuse Site Command, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law, or use Site Command in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Availability and Changes

Site Command may change over time as features are added, updated, or removed. We aim to operate the service reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Site Command is provided as a business software service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Site Command Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
